Where does JayBela ship from?
All of our items are shipped from California.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?
We do ship worldwide.
We offer two options for International Delivery: First Class Mail which can take between 2-4 weeks (7-14 business days for Canada) for delivery to you. We also offer Priority Mail International Delivery which can take between 6 to 10 business days for delivery to you. Express Delivery is also available for a small additional shipping fee. This service takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If you are interested in upgrading to Express Delivery, please Contact Us once you place your order. Our shipping department will assist you further.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our standard processing time for most items is 1-3 business days. Some items may take approximately 5 to 15 business days to ship to you. The processing time for each item can be found in the Description area of each listing. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to assure delivery by the requested date.
Once shipped, domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail 2-4 business day delivery. International shipping times will depend on the shipping option selected when you placed your order.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will contain your USPS tracking information. You can also check the status of your order or retrieve your tracking number by logging into your account on our site.
Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
We do offer express or overnight shipping for an additional shipping fee. The cost varies on your location/items ordered. Please contact us prior to placing your order if interested.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
Other Important Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will first contact you to arrange re-delivery. If you do not receive a response, we will issue store credit to your account for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.JayBela.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or the mail delivery service in your country – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. JayBela does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that if you are within the US, you will receive your order within approximately 1-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-3 or 5 to 15 business days depending on the processing time stated for the item ordered. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.
Additionally, JayBela reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, JayBela reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
