Where does JayBela ship from? 

We are based and ship from California.

What are your customer service hours?

Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PST.  Please allow up to 2 business days for a response to your inquiries.

Do you have a customer service telephone number?

We do not have a customer service telephone number at this time. Fortunately, we do have an online chat where you can obtain information quickly.  When our online chat is not available, please submit your inquiries via our Contact Us tab or by emailing customer service at: customersvc@jaybela.com. Our agents work swiftly to respond to all your inquiries as quickly as possible. Please note, Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PST.  During major sales and the peak holiday season, please allow up to 2 business days for a response to your inquiries.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit or debit card. We also accept Paypal, one of the most trusted payment options available online. 

How do I track my package (domestic)?

To track your package, please visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number emailed to you. The tracking number can also be found by logging into your account on our site.  

How do I track my package (international)?

To track your package, please visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number emailed to you. The tracking number can also be found by logging into your account on our site. In some cases, the tracking information will only be provided up until the package leaves Los Angeles as airmail. From there, please plan an additional 6-10 business days before delivery or 2-3 weeks depending on the shipping option chosen. 

How do I change or cancel an order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Oops! I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my coupon code.

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.

My purchase is over $100...Why hasn't the shipping charge been waived?

Free shipping for orders over $100 (subtotal) applies to U.S. Domestic shipments only (when using standard delivery only) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $100.00. 

Helpful Hint: Take your promotion code into consideration when calculating your total.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from JayBela within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Some of the items from our Women's Collection will ship within our standard processing time of 1-3 business days, while other items may take approximately 5 to 15 business days to process.  If you need your item by close upcoming date, please contact us before placing your order to assure delivery by the requested date.  

Once your order is processed, domestic shipping will take approximately 2-4 business days for delivery.  We can also ship via Express Service for an additional shipping fee.  Express Service offers overnight delivery to most major US cities, and 2-day guaranteed delivery for all others.  If you wish to upgrade to Express Delivery, please contact our customer service department at your earliest convenience. They will inform you if your order qualifies for Express Delivery and they will send you an invoice for the additional shipping fee at that time.

We offer two options for International Delivery:  First Class Mail which can take between 2-4 weeks (2-3 weeks for Canada) for delivery to you.  We also offer Priority Mail International Delivery which can take between 6 to 10 business days for delivery to you.  We can also ship via Express Service for a small additional shipping fee.  This service takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery.  If you are interested in Express Delivery, please contact our customer service department at your earliest convenience. They will inform you if your order qualifies for Express Delivery and they will send you an invoice for the additional shipping fee at that time.

Do you offer express or overnight shipping?

We can ship domestic orders via Express Service for an additional shipping fee.  Express Service offers overnight delivery to most major US cities, and 2-day guaranteed delivery for all others.  If you wish to upgrade to Express Delivery, please contact our customer service department at your earliest convenience. They will inform you if your order qualifies for Express Delivery and they will send you an invoice for the additional shipping fee at that time.

Yes, love! To accommodate our customers around the globe, we provide a Size Guide for you to reference. You can access it HERE.

My size is out of stock, when will it be available again?

Some pieces are extremely limited and may only be available in limited quantities.  Other items may be part of last season's collection and may not be re-stocked.  We do our best in re-stocking items in a timely manner, but we recommend to place your orders as soon as possible if there is something you love. If you would like further information on the availablilty of a particular item, please contact us. 

Helpful Hint: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or color you like! Due to the fast fashion nature of our business, we never guarantee that an item will be restocked.
