  • Where does JayBela ship from? 

All of our items are shipped from California.

 

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?

We do ship to all countries outside of the United States.  

We offer two options for International Delivery:  First Class Mail which can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery to you.  We also offer Priority Mail International Delivery which can take between 6 to 10 business days for delivery to you.  

Many countries may charge a Customs Fee or importation tax to a customer depending on the country which the shipment originates from.  That is each customers responsibility to explore. Retailers are not responsible for any customs fees  or importation tax your country may charge for importation.   
 
Please contact the appropriate authority in your country for more information on importation duties. 
 
  • What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept any major credit or debit card. We also accept Paypal, one of the most trusted payment options available online. 

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

Some of the items from our Women's Collection will ship within our standard processing time of 1-3 business days, while other items may take approximately 5 to 15 business days to process.  If you need your item by close upcoming specific date, please contact us before placing your order to assure delivery by the requested date.  

Once your order is processed, domestic shipping will take approximately 2-4 business days for delivery.  We can also ship via Express Service for an additional shipping fee.  Express Service offers overnight delivery to most major US cities, and 2-day guaranteed delivery for all others.  If you wish to upgrade to Express Delivery, please contact our customer service department at your earliest convenience. They will inform you if your order qualifies for Express Delivery and they will send you an invoice for the additional shipping fee at that time.

  • Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

We do accept order cancellations if you cancel within 24 hours of your order date.  If it has been more than 24 hours, we cannot cancel your order.  If you are within your 24 hour cancellation period and would like to cancel, please submit an inquiry via our website "Contact Us" tab and include your order number.  Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.  Once you are approved for a cancellation, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days to receive your refund.  Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, we cannot cancel your order and will be shipped as scheduled.  If you would like to return the items once received, please read our return policy below for details. 

 

  • Do you offer express or overnight shipping?

 

We can ship domestic orders via Express Service for an additional shipping fee.  Express Service offers overnight delivery to most major US cities, and 2-day guaranteed delivery for all others.  If you wish to upgrade to Express Delivery, please contact our customer service department at your earliest convenience. They will inform you if your order qualifies for Express Delivery and they will send you an invoice for the additional shipping fee at that time.

  • What sizes do you carry?

Our children's collection sizes vary, but most run between 2T and 7. Our women's collection also varies in sizes, most start from XS or S, and can run up to a L or XL. There may be instances where a particular item may be available in a larger or smaller size. Available sizes for each item is listed in its description.  All our items run true to size.  We do not have a standard size chart at this time.

 

  • My size is out of stock, when will it be available again?

Some pieces are extremely limited and may only be available in limited quantities.  Other items may be part of last season's collection and may not be re-stocked.  We do our best in re-stocking items in a timely manner, but we recommend to place your orders as soon as possible if there is something you love. If you would like further information on the availablilty of a particular item, please contact us. 

 

  • What are your customer service hours?

Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PST.  Please allow up to 2 business days for a response to your inquiries.
